1. About these terms

This website is the personal portfolio of Sadeed Uddin, web developer and digital marketer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact me through it. You agree not to:

• copy, republish, sell or reuse its design, text, code, images or videos without written permission;
• present my work, or the client work shown here, as your own;
• send spam, malicious code or false information through the contact form;
• try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it or scrape it in bulk.

3. Intellectual property

© Sadeed Uddin. Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site is my property and protected by copyright. Client names, logos, websites and campaign materials belong to their respective owners and are shown only to describe work I delivered for them.

4. Portfolio content and results

Case studies, figures and dashboards describe specific past projects. They are provided for information only. Results depend on each business, market, budget and timing, and are not a promise or guarantee of what any future project will achieve.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. Any quote I give is an estimate until we both agree the scope, price and timeline in writing. Paid work is governed by that separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

6. External links

The site links to client websites and to social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X. I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. I try to keep it accurate and available, but I do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, up to date or always online, and its content may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
