1. Who is responsible
This website is the personal portfolio of Sadeed Uddin, web developer and digital marketer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am the controller of any personal data collected through it.

2. Privacy Policy
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set (see the Cookie Policy).
- No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
- Nothing is stored on your device (no local storage or similar).
- Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself, so visiting does not send your data to Google Fonts or other third-party content networks.
Data collected when you use the contact form

Please do not include sensitive information (health, financial or identity documents) in the form.
Who receives it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — forwards the form to my inbox. It acts as a service provider and may process the data outside your country, including in the United States.
- Microsoft Outlook — my email provider, where the message is received and stored.
- Website host — like any website, the hosting provider may log technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and to deliver the page, normally for a short period.
Where data is transferred outside the UAE, UK or EU, it is done with providers that use recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). I never sell or rent your data, and I do not use it for automated decision-making or marketing lists.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection), you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Email sadeeduddin11@outlook.com — I will reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example your EU supervisory authority, the UK ICO, or the UAE Data Office).
External links
Links to client websites and to social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X) open those services, which have their own privacy policies. Testimonials quoted from LinkedIn are public comments, shown with a link to the original post.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
